We Love Free Giveaway #12

By far, one of our most popular gifts in the store! Made from durable rubber wood this clever device not only serves as a cheeseboard but also stows away all the included cheese cutting utensils it comes with. See more designs on our website under “gifts.”

I make a Gougere Bourguignon - which is essentially a simple pate a chou dough, (butter, flour, eggs, water) with the addition of imported Swiss and Gruyere, Dijon and dry mustard and a bit of salt, baked at three different oven settings to puffy perfection. My guests go a little wacky for it, and no one else I know makes it, so I get a lot of kudos. (But I'll give you the recipe if you want it. :-)

I make a mock caprese appetizer by alternating mini mozzarella balls with cherry or grape tomatoes and basil leaves on a small skewer, drizzle with a little EVOO and salt and pepper. Beautiful presentation and delicious!

I take filo dough and line a mini muffin pan. Then I make a quiche-like filling (just half & half and eggs - cream if you're feeling decadent...) and whatever fillings I have around - cheese, asparagus, ham, tomato, whatever... pop them in the oven and you're done - they taste great and look like you slaved for hours!
